Return & Refund Policy

At Retailvale, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer any replacement or exchange, we do provide returns and refunds under specific conditions as mentioned below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

 or call 9275061627 within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you should send the product back to the same address from which it was dispatched.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Important Note

As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund
